Biography:

I am an accredited high-performance team trainer and executive coach.

My background is predominantly in Educational Senior leadership, Learning and Development and Facilitation training.

My current role provides me with the opportunity to work with individuals, teams and organisations from a variety of public and private sector industries. Here I work with individual performers, leaders and teams who are passionate about growth, development and finding new levels of engagement and impact .

I am an accomplished individual/team coach and facilitator and although I bring deep insights around the science of high-performance through my own credentials and experience in senior leadership, my talent is in the art of world class delivery. I have an ability to craft inspiring workshops and team sessions that captivate, engage and inspire real impact .

I compliment high-performance team training, with executive coaching at the individual level . Having been deeply engaged in learning and development all my professional life I have honed the skill of connecting with people instantly and helping them really unlock the very best in themselves, not only for their own ability to thrive but for their opportunity to create the most value in the world.

I lead with empathy, and a customized approach to supporting people from all backgrounds and experience. I love to challenge people to take themselves to new levels and working with me is impactful, fun, and transformative.
