Biography:

My coaching values are grounded in authenticity, empowerment, and growth. I believe in creating a coaching environment where individuals feel safe, valued, and heard, allowing them to explore their thoughts, challenges, and aspirations without judgment. I place a strong emphasis on trust, as I believe it is the foundation of any successful coaching relationship. This trust is built through active listening, empathy, and a deep respect for each coachee’s unique journey and experiences.

My coaching style is collaborative, where I partner with clients to identify their goals, challenges, and blind spots. I believe that coaching is not about giving advice or telling someone what to do, but about guiding them to uncover their own answers and solutions.
