I have a strong belief that every individual has unique strengths, perspectives, and aspirations that can be harnessed to define and achieve personal and professional success. This process can sometimes be restricted, limited or unfulfilled because of their perceived expectations of themselves or their roles.
I prioritise the empowering of participants to take ownership of their growth by encouraging them to reflect deeply on their abilities, values, and goals. Rather than prescribing solutions, I facilitate a process of self-discovery in which individuals clarify what success truly means to them and identify practical ways to move forward.
I create an engaging and supportive environment where participants are encouraged to explore with curiosity and openness. I invite them to consider not only what they are good at, but also what they genuinely enjoy doing and how these elements can be aligned to create meaningful opportunities.
I encourage participants to view challenges through a fresh lens, providing support in how they review the process of achieving success.
I guide individuals to reflect on why they want to achieve a particular outcome, ensuring their actions are anchored in personal meaning rather than external expectation. I encourage participants to identify who can support them to achieve their defined goals and support development.
My approach is facilitative, reflective, and empowering. It is an extension of the experience I had as a secondary school headteacher, with the modification that I have the time to allow discovery of solutions for the individual instead of guiding this process strongly myself.
