I have been lecturing as a visiting faculty in the Brighton University business school, where I taught global leadership development, decision making and working across cultures, OD and change etc.
I am ICF certified coach and a member of International Coaching Federation and their UK chapter. I have applied "mastering the coach approach" to all through my work spread across 25 years of experience in BP, Shell, Alcatel and other blue chip companies and management consultancy roles.
My approach to coaching is both pragmatic and transformational. I will get my Coachee thinking differently and taking new actions that are more consistent with what you most care about.
My Coachee will get tools and practices that they can immediately apply to help them lead more effectively in all areas of life.
They’ll be challenged to look at what they do and don’t do that keeps getting in their way of what they say they want and challenged to increase their ability to influence and impact exponentially expand their capabilities to get themselves to take committed and successful actions towards their goals.
I offer Executive and Team Coaching – an opportunity to transform performance and perspectives and provide new frameworks for leading and managing change in any area of life.
My Coaching values are deeply rooted in the ethical standards laid out by ICF, including respect, openness, authenticity and confidentiality. I strongly believe the role of an effective Coach is to help through asking powerful questions that invoke awareness for Coachee and they see the solution coming from them.
