Biography:

I’m an executive and senior coach who works with leaders in education — including headteachers, senior leaders and those moving into leadership — who want space to think clearly, lead well and navigate the realities of educational leadership with confidence and integrity.

Many of the education leaders I work with are highly capable and deeply committed to their communities, yet find leadership demanding and, at times, isolating. The pace, accountability and responsibility of senior roles in education can leave little room for reflection. My coaching offers a calm, confidential and thoughtfully challenging space where you can step back from day-to-day pressures and make sense of the decisions, relationships and challenges you are carrying.

My approach is relational and reflective, shaped by a deep understanding of educational leadership. I don’t offer quick fixes or generic models. Instead, I work alongside you to clarify your thinking, strengthen your leadership presence, build trust and effective relationships, and make sound decisions in complex or uncertain situations.

Coaching with me is supportive, stretching and practical. Many leaders describe our work as a place to slow down, regain perspective and reconnect with how they want to lead — in ways that are sustainable, values-led and right for their school or organisation.
