Biography:
Hi. I'm Kirsty and I coach aspiring heads and headteachers at all stages of their career.
I've been there. A classroom teacher, phase leader, teaching and learning consultant, SENDCo, Deputy Headteacher, NPQH student and Headteacher. I led my school through an RI to Good journey, a significant expansion and a global pandemic. Headship is the best job in the world when you're leading strategically, doing the work you trained for and remembering why you chose it. My job is to help you get there and stay there.
I work with NPQH students preparing for headship, serving heads who are capable leaders stuck in survival mode, and experienced headteachers navigating a move to a new school or role. Whatever stage you're at, my coaching creates a space to think clearly, reconnect with your strengths, and lead with intention.
