My coaching training is in Performance Coaching with Neuro Linguistic Programming which is arguably one of the most powerful behavioural sciences on the planet (Psychology Today). It works on changing your thinking by reprogramming your often self-imposed limitations. I work with leaders and others in a confidential and psychologically safe space to set goals and ask questions that will open up possibilities both professionally and personally. As a former head teacher I understand the pressures of leadership but I also appreciate the value that human-driven leaders have and I am passionate about allowing these individuals to thrive. I believe that compassionate leadership is the key way to improve our schools and our society. Belonging and inclusion are key to this. I am a published author (The Compassionate Leader: Shaping Schools with Kindness, Courage and Purpose) and I have a diagnosis of ADHD.
