I have worked in education for 25 years, 10 years as a Headteacher and with executive level leadership over a range of phases and settings. I support those new to leadership or Headship and those who who need support through 'imposter syndrome'. I am emotionally intelligent and values driven leader. I am passionate about supporting adults in their roles in education and helping them to recognise their impact on young people's lives supporting them to be the best they can be and preparing them to be global citizens of the future.
