Biography:

I am a leadership coach and consultant with over 20 years’ experience in education, including middle and senior leadership roles. My work focuses on helping leaders communicate with clarity, confidence and emotional intelligence, particularly when navigating complex or challenging conversations.

My coaching is grounded in the belief that strong relationships, trust and self-awareness sit at the heart of effective leadership. I create a reflective, non-judgemental space where leaders can slow down their thinking, explore different perspectives and make intentional choices about how they lead.

I draw on my C.R.A.F.T. framework (Clarity, Respect, Adaptability, Feedback and Trust) to support leaders to move from reactive responses to thoughtful, purposeful communication. This is particularly valuable for leaders managing conflict, giving feedback, or leading through change.

My style is calm, direct and supportive. I will both challenge and encourage, helping leaders build confidence in their own voice while staying aligned to their values.

I have extensive experience working with leaders across a range of contexts and am particularly passionate about supporting those stepping into new roles or leading in complex environments.
