I am an ICF-certified Leadership and Parenting Coach, a qualified Instructional Coach, and an experienced Pastoral Lead Support working within an international school setting. With over 500 hours of coaching experience and a Master’s degree in Education from Middlesex University, my work sits at the intersection of leadership, education, and family systems.
My coaching is grounded in strong values of empathy, integrity, trust, and growth. I believe every individual already holds the answers within them, and my role as a coach is to create a safe, reflective, and empowering space where clarity, confidence, and self-awareness can emerge. I work from a strengths-based and solution-focused approach, supporting clients to reconnect with their values, challenge limiting beliefs, and take aligned, sustainable action.
My style is warm, supportive, and gently challenging. I combine deep listening with powerful questioning, practical tools, and reflective practices to help clients gain insight and move forward with purpose. Having extensive experience in education, leadership, and pastoral care, I bring a holistic lens to my coaching, considering the emotional, relational, and systemic factors that influence behaviour and decision-making.
Whether working with leaders, educators, or parents, my aim is to support meaningful change, resilience, and long-term impact, both personally and professionally.
