I am experienced executive coach based in Leicester.
Most of my coaching work is with schools - I offer staff coaching programs that strengthen wellbeing, reduce workload and sharpen leadership.
I work with all staff however, I mainly work with teaching and non-teaching middle, senior and aspiring leaders to:
Move to a leader mindset so they can lead with confidence, communicate with clarity, and have certainty around their next steps.
Reflect and think strategically, so they can spend less time being reactive and bogged down in ‘stuff’ and have more time to drive successful school improvement.
Lose the fear around difficult conversations so they can give effective feedback and have strategies to get the best out of their teams.
Address any work or wellbeing issues they may be facing, shift negative mindsets and boost morale.
Strengthen their working relationships with colleagues, grow their network and resolve any difficult relationship issues with colleagues to prevent any toxic work cultures building up.
Reclaim their evenings and weekends and create a more sustainable work-life balance so they can avoid burnout have the time and energy to do the things they love at work and at home.
Explore how they want their career to progress and what is important to them, so they can stop feeling stuck, remove any barriers and take steps towards creating a career pathway that inspires them.
I have 20-plus years’ experience in education. Past roles include science teacher, lead practitioner, mentor, ECF lead & ECT induction tutor. I am also currently a lead mentor and subject specialist for the Leicester and Leicestershire SCITT, I am a regular contributor to SecEd and am a general cover teacher for Now Education. I am also an assessor of coaching and executive coaching accreditations for the Association for Coaching.
