Biography:

I gained an ILM7 certificate in coaching and mentoring in 2021. As a coach, I am privileged to have worked with a wide range of individuals in terms of their seniority, industry sector and social background. This includes C - suite executives in finance, computing and the communications industry. I have extensive experience with clients in the NHS including consultant oncologists and cardiologists as well as senior nursing staff and NHS link workers (I am currently a member of the dedicated body of coaches available for aspiring Medical Directors within the NHS). I have also coached former prisoners and homeless clients to support them in re-entering the workplace and securing safe accommodation. In terms of my professional and industry experience I have over 35 years’ professional services experience with City-based professional services firms (KPMG / EY/ Dechert / Halliwells LLP) HMRC Solicitor’s Office In-house prosecutor (Drugs / Tax Fraud) and Tax consultancy business co-Director for 18 years (iTax UK Business Solutions Limited). I have been coaching since 2021. My coaching approach is to create a highly empathic, collaborative environment to create a thinking partnership with clients so as to facilitate the client's awareness of and access to their own internal resources to make the necessary change.
