Biography:

With over 25 years’ experience of working in and with the non-profit and public sectors, I understand many of the challenges faced by leadership and teams at various levels.   Having managed multi-donor capacity building programmes, I am appreciative of resource constraints and complex, ever-changing environments. From being an NPO leader, board member, and consultant coach, I have experienced first-hand the commitment and passion that drives leaders in education and health despite these constraints.

As a credentialled ICF professional, my L&D leadership skills are enhanced with over 13 years of coaching experience. I bring a high level of proficiency and ethical rigour to my work, providing you with a safe, transformational space.
