Naomi Ashman

Naomi Ashman
(She/Her)

Biography:

Values-led leadership coaching for senior professionals seeking to fulfil their potential in the personal, professional and organisational spheres of life. Naomi is an experienced educational leader, inclusion specialist and coach who specialises in supporting senior leaders to untangle frustrations, gain clarity and develop the drive to make positive, lasting changes. Naomi’s coaching style is anchored in the power of deep, active listening. She does not offer quick fixes or generic advice; instead, she provides a psychologically safe, non-judgemental space for leaders to unpack their thoughts, ideas and feelings.

A Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching, Naomi brings over 18 years of frontline experience in primary education, having worked across both the state and independent sectors. As a Senior Leader, Special Educational Needs Coordinator and Inclusion Lead, she has a proven track record of navigating complex organisational systems and driving inclusive practices. Naomi’s experience as a foster carer and adoptive parent provides her with profound insight into the realities of care experience, trauma and complex additional needs, giving her significant capacity for empathy and understanding to explore vulnerabilities without judgement when working with coachees facing multifaceted challenges.

Through deep listening and reflective questioning, Naomi supports greater clarity and strategic insight into current challenges and empowers leaders to find a renewed drive and motivation to implement positive changes in their organisations and their own lives.
