I am an experienced educational leader, executive coach, school inspector and facilitator with a passion for developing people and creating high-performing teams. My coaching philosophy is centred on empowering others to become reflective, confident and values-driven leaders who place students at the heart of every decision. Throughout my career, I have led school improvement, supported leadership development, delivered professional learning programmes, and coached leaders across British, American and MOE curricula.
My approach is collaborative, evidence-informed and solution-focused. I believe the most effective coaching encourages individuals to identify their own strengths, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies that lead to sustainable improvement. Rather than providing answers, I ask purposeful questions, actively listen, and create a safe environment where honest reflection and professional growth can flourish.
My core values are integrity, inclusion, accountability, continuous improvement and service. I believe successful leaders inspire trust through authenticity, communicate with clarity, and foster cultures where staff feel valued, supported and empowered to innovate. As an educational coach, I adapt my style to the experience and needs of each individual, balancing challenge with encouragement while maintaining high expectations.
Ultimately, my goal is to help leaders build the confidence, capability and resilience required to improve teaching, strengthen organisational culture, and achieve outstanding outcomes for children and young people through ethical, sustainable leadership.
