Biography:
I am a self employed Leadership coach working with Headteachers and other senior leaders across the country, both online and face-face.
I am a qualified coach with a ILM level 7 certificate in Executive Coaching.
I provide bespoke coaching to suit the needs of Headteachers and other senior leaders. I want to help leaders to be the best they can whilst supporting their wellbeing. I support leaders to develop their leadership style and cope with the demands of their job enabling them to flourish. I particularly enjoy supporting leaders who are new to their role. I was a successful Headteacher myself and I fully understand the demands of the job but also the exciting opportunities it provides.
