With over 13 years of headship in three different primary schools, and a broad background in education leadership, I bring a wealth of experience to my coaching practice. My career has taken me through a variety of roles—ranging from Special Needs and Local Authority School Improvement, to delivering training across NPQs. More recently, I’ve worked as an Executive Coach, Mentor, and School Improvement Coordinator for a Cooperative Trust supporting both primary and secondary schools in Kent and run my own business ‘The Growth Foundation.’
I’m an intuitive and empathetic coach who believes that leadership is at its best when grounded in kindness, integrity, and respect. My coaching style is professional but highly personal—I work with leaders to truly understand their challenges, and support them in finding practical, research-informed solutions that work for them.
Having navigated many of the pressures and responsibilities leaders face, I know how complex the role can be. That’s why I aim to provide a supportive, confidential space where you can pause, reflect, and plan your next steps with confidence.
I hold an ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring and adhere to the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), Code of Ethics. My approach blends proven coaching models, including GROW, tailored to suit your unique needs, style, and circumstances.
Above all, I believe that great leadership is leading with purpose and vision and bringing out the best in others within a culture of trust and collaboration. It’s a challenging task but I’m here to help you do just that.
