Biography:

I have been a headteacher for the last 18 years. I have also supported in an executive capacity two other local schools, am vice chair of our foundation trust of nine schools and chair the local schools forum.

I trained as a coach with Dr Neil Suggett CBE between 2007-2008 (5 days)

As an educational leader with first hand experience working in schools serving deprived communities, my coaching values, style, and approach are deeply rooted in a commitment to equity, social justice, and empowering all members of the school community.

My coaching philosophy is built around the idea of developing a growth mindset and helping individuals achieve their full potential. Some of the key principles of my coaching style include:

1. Goal-setting: I believe in the importance of setting clear, achievable goals and developing a plan to reach them.

2. Positive reinforcement: I understand the importance of providing positive feedback and encouragement to help individuals build confidence and motivation.

4. Continuous learning: I encourage individuals to embrace a mindset of continuous learning and improvement, seeking out new knowledge and skills to enhance their performance.

In summary, my coaching style is focused on empowering individuals to take ownership of their personal and professional growth, and providing them with the tools and support they need to achieve their goals.
