Biography:

Having been a Headteacher and Premier League Leadership and Management Auditor of professional football academies, I have established my own business for Executive Coaching and NLP strategies and interventions. I work with senior leaders in education, private sector business, professional football and the public sector, all of whom are facing challenges and want support in driving performance.

I have achieved the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching (awarded October 2024) and the ILM Level 3 Diploma in Coaching (awarded 2016). I am a certified NLP Coach (neuro-linguistic programming), certified Practitioner of NLP and certified Practitioner of Time Line Therapy (awarded September 2024).
I am currently working with a local Headteacher, a business owner with multiple branches, a senior leader in a Premier League football club, and a senior leader within the public sector.

Because of my experience in leadership, I have a passion for supporting all leaders, whether experienced or new to role, and whether at a senior or middle level within their organisation.

In my coaching sessions, I provide a safe, confidential and reflective space in which we can have the conversations that are important to the coach/client.

My style is non-judgemental, respectful, honest and open, whilst also being challenging, and encouraging coachees/clients to be resourceful.

I enable coachees/clients to hear themselves think and gain much needed clarity.
