
With over 30 years of experience as a primary teacher and school leader in the UK and internationally, Rob Ford is a qualified ACC Executive Coach with the International Coaching Federation. He holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership and the NPQH. Rob specialises in transformative coaching that empowers educators and school leaders to thrive and reach their full potential. He has worked in, and supported, schools across a wide spectrum of contexts—from Outstanding to Inadequate—and brings a wealth of insight into school improvement and system leadership.
Rob has coached and delivered training across a wide range of NPQs, including NPQ for SENCOs, Leading Teacher Development, Senior Leadership, and Headship. He combines deep knowledge of leadership development with a practical understanding of the challenges facing educators today—both in the UK and overseas.
