Tracey is passionate about the transformation of people and her expertise lies in the development of honest, powerful and enabling relationships. In her current role she designs and delivers bespoke leadership programmes for education and health care sectors, providing a range of leadership coaching focusing on developing the professional capacity and capabilities of leaders and teams. Tracey has a supportive, focused and practical edge to her coaching, helping individuals and teams develop their awareness, confidence and motivation to change. She draws on transformational leadership approaches, research and coaching techniques to add depth to her work. She is experienced and successful in delivering online and face to face coaching sessions. Regular evaluations and feedback indicate that her coaching practice is highly valued and has enabled leaders to grow, develop and transform. She has 22 years of leadership, coaching and consultancy experience working across the education and skills sector for a University, Local Authority and six years as an Ofsted Inspector. Over the past 16 years’ she has served as a Governor and Board member for a MAT and is currently Vice Chair of Governors in a Secondary School. Until 2020, Tracey led the assessment and moderation of DfE National Professional Qualifications for a regional Teaching School Hub. She is qualified as an ILM L7 Executive Leadership Coach, has a Masters in Education, achieved Advanced Teacher Status and is currently a professional member of the Association of Coaching.
