Biography:
An accomplished educator with a wealth of secondary, further education and higher education experience. Additionally, a strong back ground in leadership, teacher development and safeguarding processes. An advocate for lifelong learning, I have achieved my own NPQ in Leading Teacher Development as this draws on my expertise in this area. Currently a lecturer at the University of Gloucestershire (Education, Education, Inclusion and SEN, Early Childhood Studies, PGCE Secondary and Safeguarding), I am also a certified BAMEd coach and assessor for the NPQ’s.
