Biography:

With over 21 years of experience in coaching, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals in both private and public sector organizations across various industries. Through my extensive coaching career, I have developed a profound understanding of human behaviour and the essential qualities required to effectively lead ourselves and others towards meaningful goals.

My coaching approach is centered around empowering individuals to unlock their full potential and navigate the challenges they face. By creating a safe and non-judgmental space, I facilitate open and honest conversations about what truly matters to my clients. Together, we explore different perspectives, develop clarity, and establish a clear vision for personal and professional growth.

Recognizing the significant impact of behaviour on outcomes, I actively assist my clients in honing their leadership skills, fostering effective communication, and building stronger relationships. Through empathy and active listening, I help individuals cultivate self-confidence, self-esteem, and resilience, enabling them to confidently lead themselves and others towards what truly matters.

My coaching philosophy is grounded in trust, collaboration, and the belief in the capacity for growth and transformation within each person. With certifications such as an ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, MEMBER status of the Association for Coaching, and FELLOW status of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my coaching practice.

Throughout my career, I have worked extensively as a business partner and internal coach with leadership responsibility in Financial Services organizations. I partnered with the CIPD during the emergence of internal coaching as a case study of my practice and have spoken at the Coaching at Work conference. Moreover, I have supported executives and senior leaders in transformative journeys, focusing on mindset and behavioural change, as well as process improvement methodologies.

In 2014, I established my own business, which combines leadership development and coaching. In addition to working with leaders in various industries, this gave me the opportunity to coach Headteachers and NHS leaders, demonstrating my versatility and ability to cater to diverse needs.

I am committed to building a strong rapport with my clients and ultimately, my goal is to provide clarity, expectation, and purpose, all rooted in trust.
