Biography:

I have been coaching NPQH participants for Best Practice Network for 3 years. In my multi-school organisation I have been coaching Principals and Heads of School across EY, PY, MY and SY for 6 years. I have also been coaching on the Cambridge Assessment International Education Professional Development Qualifications in Educational Leadership and Teaching and Learning, for 6 years.

My coaching approach is grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and clarity. I believe that my role is to create a safe, focused space where insight, growth, and transformation can happen. Through powerful questions, active listening, and honest reflection, I help clients deepen their self-awareness, uncover limiting beliefs, and move toward aligned, purposeful action. I balance empathy with challenge, offering support while holding clients accountable to their goals and values.

I use a non-directive, person-centred approach, creating a safe and confidential space for clients to explore their values, assumptions, and leadership behaviours. My coaching draws on a range of evidence-based models and approaches, including: The GROW and CLEAR models for structured goal setting, Transformational Coaching to deepen awareness and align with purpose, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching to explore and shift limiting beliefs, Systems Thinking to consider the wider school context.
