I am a freelance coach, trainer and consultant and I work with leaders and educators in schools, colleges and universities to supercharge their professional development through coaching, so that they can lead, and teach, with vision, passion, purpose and impact.
I am an educational specialist with 30 years’ cross-sector experience, working in schools, further and higher education, international and adult learning. During this time, I have held a range of roles including as a teacher, coach and mentor, and as a manager, leader and advisor. I am currently chair of governors for a maintained primary school. Drawing on this diverse experience, I bring a unique, cross-sector perspective to my coaching, and I am interested in how we can develop our strengths to enhance our professional development and wellbeing. So if you would like to challenge your perspective by seeing education through a different lens, and gain a better understanding of your unique strengths, I’d love to work with you.
