Biography:

Having worked in education for over 25 years, Gabrielle understands both the joy of working with children and young people as well as its challenges. Having managed staff, she knows that this can be even harder. Whether you are new to leadership or experienced, we can all suffer from imposter syndrome, or feel stuck, or feel overwhelmed by the relentless list of things on our to do list. Finding the time to develop long term strategies whilst dealing with the day to day, can feel like Donkey Kong jumping over barrels. Coaching gives you the time, space and tools to deal with these challenges. It gives you the opportunity to develop as a leader and as a person. It gives you the courage to make the difficult decisions, have the tricky conversation and do what is right even when it isn’t easy. As a senior practitioner (EMCC) with over 10 years' coaching experience, Gabrielle works with individuals and groups of leaders to resolve complex challenges, deal with change, clarify their vision, develop their careers, find that elusive work-life balance and grow in confidence.
