Biography:
Hi, I’m Rachael, an executive coach and coach trainer with 15 years’ experience as a teacher and senior leader in UK and international schools.
I understand how rewarding and relentless school leadership can be, which is why I support school leaders and their teams to untangle challenges so that leadership feels lighter.
Whether you’re navigating an NPQ, stepping into a new position or need space to reset and reflect, coaching with me gives you time and headspace to work through what’s on your mind and move forward with strength and purpose.
