Biography:
I have been a life coach for trainee teachers on the School Direct Programme for over 10 years seeing up to 40 primary and secondary teachers regularly each cohort. I also coach qualified teachers and school leaders and have worked with school and education leaders as part of the National Strategies locally and nationally. In addition, I have facilitated and marked NPQML courses and still teach A’ level English, Psychology and EPQ in different settings.
I have a post-graduate certificate in coaching with distinction from Barefoot Coaching and Chester University, gained in 2010. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation with PCC credentials with over 2000 coaching hours of experience. I have a private coaching and yoga/mindfulness practice and write on well-being.
In addition, I have an MA in psychoanalysis, foundation certificates in Transactional Analysis and Person-Centred Counselling. I use all these skills and experiences as well as somatic, creative, mindfulness, cognitive, gestalt, nature based and positive psychology with clients. My style is supportive, challenging, and fun.
