Having obtained a Bachelor of Education with honours from the University of Glasgow and a National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) in 2008, Noel is well-equipped to coach leaders across independent and maintained sectors. He recently completed an ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring and is a distinguished Fellow of the Chartered College of Teachers.
