Biography:

Trevor North is an executive coach, experienced head teacher and facilitator. He coaches leaders and executives working within education with some clients based in the NHS too. Running a successful primary academy and now into his second headship in a multi academy trust, facilitating the NPQ programmes and establishing a coaching platform for head teachers in Kent, Trevor has provided highly effective coaching for leaders across a wide range of complex issues, vision setting, change management and organisational challenges. He can offer his services face to face through 1:1, group or distant coaching through online media platforms.

BACKGROUND:

Trevor has served in education as his main career and currently runs a successful primary academy. He has transformed schools through a coaching culture which has ensured the vision and ethos of an organisation are the foundations of growth and success for all. He also runs a small leadership consultancy. This is UK based but he has also worked in international development for an education charity. He was responsible for supporting the design of professional development and coaching programmes for senior leaders and facilitating training for head teachers in India. Trevor has successfully supported leaders across the primary sector and facilitates the NPQ programmes for LLSE.

How will I work with you?:

My belief is that we all have the capacity for change and growth within us and that unlocking this is our ticket to highly effective work and success. I provide clients with a safe, challenging and supportive space to find their direction. I bring a vast experience of change management, leadership development and executive leader experience as well as compassion and curiosity. I draw from a range of coaching models to support a client’s thinking and seek to provide a partnership approach throughout the coaching journey. My passion is to help people find their direction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Psychology
  QTS
  Level 7 Qualification in Executive Coaching and Mentoring with the British school of coaching.
  National Professional Qualification for Headship
  National Professional Qualification for Executive Leadership
  Member of the Association of Coaching (AC)
  Member of the Association of Coaching and follows ethical guidelines
