Biography:
Self Employed Coach, NPQSL Facilitator and ECT Facilitator.
Certificate of Executive Coaching L7, NLP Practitioner, Generative and Creative Minds Coaching Qualifications. Worked with Headteachers on KAH Headteacher Coaching Programme. Consulted in Primary and Secondary Schools introducing Coaching. Private Education and Business clients for 5 Years. Role as Director of Coaching at Northfleet Technology College until September 2001.
My coaching style is to provide a confidential, non-judgemental safe space for clients to explore what they most want and the options to achieve their intentions. This involves supporting them to recognise, welcome and overcome any obstacles or notions of being "stuck". Creating pathways by recognising and utilising resources that may exist, and to open a creative space where new resources can be created. My style and approach utilises a combination of traditional models such as "GROW" but also makes full use of the Generative 6 Step Process along with NLP and Creative Mind approach depending on the client and whatever they bring to the process.
