With a background spanning secondary mainstream and SEND education, from classroom to Headship and now Directorship, I offer coaching that is practical, empathetic, and rooted in real-life leadership.
I specialise in coaching educators at all levels from aspiring and middle leaders to senior leaders and Heads, helping you build confidence, navigate complex roles, and lead with clarity and impact. My own journey into consultancy and strategic roles, including within Local Authorities, has been shaped by the power of high-quality coaching. Now, I offer that same space for others: to reflect, grow, and act with purpose.
