Biography:
Holistic coaching to develop emotional intelligent, confident and authentic Leaders. Enabling you to step up, own your space and belong in your leadership role.
Coaching sessions that hold you with unconditional positive regard, whilst providing the necessary challenge and accountability to enable you to achieve your desired goals. My range of coaching experience allows for traditional coaching models and tools along with flexible working according to need.
Credentials include being trauma-informed, somatically trained and entering into regular ongoing supervision and training as part of continued development. I also train future coaches and run coaching supervision sessions as well as training future leaders and managers for a wide range of sectors embarking on CMI and ILM L5 &7.
In my spare time I am a school Governor, play women's football and own my own Wild Swimming and Well-being Pond business.
