Biography:
Enhancing Mindsets, Overcoming Obstacles, Achieving Goals As an ILM 5 Qualified Coach, a member of the Association for Coaching, a Headteacher, a Local Authority Advisor, an Advanced Skills Teacher and a Professional Partner for colleagues in leadership, I have always believed passionately in the importance of developing and supporting growth in others through coaching. I have a background in Educational Leadership but I now coach a range of clients from directors within the civil service and legal professionals, to MAT CEOs, Headteachers and Chairs of Governors. I build rapport with individuals, groups and teams and establish a climate of trust which enables clients to open-up, share and tackle the real issues. As a coach, I immerse myself in the client's thinking and actively listen to understand their context and challenges. I provide a safe, confidential and respectful space for clients to work with someone who listens, values empathy and challenge but with an unconditional positive regard. I will support reflection, challenge thinking and empower clients to take action and move forward with optimism and clarity.
