Biography:

Let's be honest: you could get by fine without a coach, right? Perhaps you've experienced the transformational power of coaching, perhaps you haven't.

Prior to hiring my first coach in my 20s, I thought I was getting by just fine. Advancing through my teaching career, climbing the ladder as it were, doing ok. It wasn't until I hired my own life coach that I realised just how transformative coaching could be. Combining my teaching with a personal love of all things psychology, neurology and behavioural science, I set up my own coaching practice, and have been helping other people flourish since.
