Experienced Educational Coach | Leadership Development/Whole School Implementation Specialist | Facilitator
Phase: Primary and Secondary
With over 15 years in educational leadership, I am dedicated to empowering educators to reach their full potential. As a former senior leader, I’ve led impactful, whole-school initiatives in disciplinary literacy, establishing a metacognitive culture, implementing effective behavior strategies and routines, and evidence-based feedback and assessment practices—while managing large curricular teams to drive sustainable improvement.
Throughout my career, I’ve designed and facilitated leadership courses aimed at enhancing educational practices and promoting professional growth. My experience spans comprehensive program development for school leaders, with an emphasis on coaching all participants to maximize impact. This work has equipped me with proven skills in elevating staff performance through tailored coaching, mentoring, and training, enabling me to connect meaningfully with practitioners at all career stages.
My journey has evolved from classroom teaching to leading whole-school professional development, underpinned by my qualification in Leading Teacher Development (NPQ). Today, I focus on coaching and facilitation, partnering with leading organizations to deliver training for mentors and trainee teachers through Early Career Framework (ECF) programs. In this work, I help leaders and early career teachers build skills that enhance both individual performance and overall school success.
Coaching Philosophy
My coaching philosophy, Empower, Unlock, Achieve, centers on creating a supportive, motivating, and non-judgmental environment. I encourage individuals to set their own paths, using thought-provoking questions to inspire self-driven growth. Seeing others succeed brings me immense joy, and I am committed to making a lasting impact on their professional journeys.
