School/Organisation: North Borough Junior School
I am currently in my second year as Deputy Headteacher of a Junior School in Kent. I have initiated a number of changes to strengthen practice within my school which has led to us recently being graded Good by Ofsted. My strengths include my Interpersonal skills and my analytical approach to work. I am a firm believer that a clear culture is the driving force of all positive change and see it as my role to set the standard for this positive and motivating culture.Coaching is the opportunity for discussion in a safe space. Through coaching you can reflect on what is needed to bring about positive change and how you can help to facilitate this. Through listening and asking questions that enable you to reflect, you can see where your path lies, how you want to follow it and where the end lies.
