In February 2024, the Empower Multi-Academy Trust embarked on an ambitious trail blazing task to upskill every class-based staff member in their 8 schools in the leadership of teaching. By undertaking the NPQLT throughout Delivery Partner Alliance of Leading Learning.

As the programme develops through 2024, we've examined the positive impact so far, as well as lessons learnt. We've worked closely alongside our Partner, the participants and Trust to review how things have gone so far.
